Philadelphia 76ers Injury Report for Game 2 vs. New York Knicks

Embiid and Maxey Out, Robinson Doubtful

Sixers Aim for 2-0 Lead in Playoff Series

The Philadelphia 76ers will face the New York Knicks in Game 2 of the first round of the NBA Playoffs on April 22, 2024, at Madison Square Garden. The Sixers are coming off a 108-105 victory in Game 1, and they will be looking to take a commanding 2-0 lead in the series.

The Sixers will be without three key players for Game 2. All-Star center Joel Embiid remains out with a foot injury, while rookie guard Tyrese Maxey has been ruled out with an ankle injury. Furkan Korkmaz, who missed Game 1 with a knee injury, is also out for Game 2.

The Knicks are also dealing with injuries, as Mitchell Robinson is questionable for Game 2 with a knee injury. Obi Toppin, who started in place of Robinson in Game 1, is expected to start again in Game 2.

Despite the injuries, the Sixers are confident they can win Game 2 and take a commanding lead in the series. The Knicks, on the other hand, will need to find a way to slow down James Harden and Tobias Harris if they want to tie the series 1-1.

Game 2 of the series is scheduled to tip off at 8:00 PM EST on ESPN.
